About Shipping

For your convenience, I provide free shipping worldwide. Items under the cost of $300 will be shipped via registered mail. Items over $300 will be shipped via FedEx. As each item is custom made, it takes 10-20 business days to fill your order prior to shipping. Shipping time will then take between 3-7 business days.

Packages shipped via FedEx can be tracked online at www.fedex.com . Customer Support –International: 800.988.1888. Customer Support- Domestic (US): 400.889.1888. Please note however, that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/ FPO addresses. Addresses must be confirmed by PayPal and I will only ship to those confirmed addresses.

We are conscious of the environment here at Neta Wolpe.  You may notice the shipping box containing your treasured purchase looks as if it has been used before, and it has.  We prefer to recycle and reuse in order to not harm the environment.  

Duties & Taxes

International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) are buyers responsibility, as they are not included in the cost of the purchase or shipping and handling. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined upon receipt in the buyer's country. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.

Refunds and Exchanges

Non-Custom Jewelry:
We offer a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee. ALL returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized. Each item must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original paperwork without damage or alterations. Jewelry that has been modified, resized, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

*Please note all returns to Neta Wolpe and all charges incurred are at the customers expense. If the jewelry has been worn, there will be an additional charge for cleaning and refurbishing that will be deducted from any refund. Please contact me for pre-approval before making a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and may do so via standard air mail (not expedited).  Please contact our orders department at info@netawolpe.com prior to returning anything so we can inform you where to send and how to arrange the refund.
