This is a an eye catching mixed gemstone flower pendant in solid gold. Absolutely stunning the current necklace design features a sapphire center point with petals surrounding, accented by a frame decorated with filigree metalwork, followed by another frame, filled with twenty eight sparkling red rubies framed with an embellished edging.
